I (20F) see this super cute guy around my college campus. He’s also in one of my classes. I’ve tried sitting near him but lectures get crowded really fast. So, we’ve never spoken before. Would it be ok if I just walked up to him after class and said hello? Would it also be ok to ask for his Instagram or something along those lines? I don’t want to come off too strong and make him feel uncomfortable if he’s not interested. Thank you!

Honestly if a woman approached me I’d be a little on guard because that just doesn’t happen very often. There needs to be some pretext like she noticed something I was doing or wearing. Maybe I said something interesting in class. Or maybe she noticed a book I’m reading. Something like that so her approaching me makes sense. Plus it’ll give us something to talk about which is an opportunity to feel each other out.
On the other hand, if the guy’s a player and gets female attention without having to lift a finger, then your going up to him and introducing yourself will seem normal.
