The same way you might with an overworked muscle that’s struggling to do its job (in this case stay engaged to keep you erect) and occasionally it spasms/twitches involuntarily?

I know this a a question for a doctor but when I raised it with mine he as pretty dismissive and unhelpful so I thought I’d ask if this is anything that any of you guys experience?

  1. I sometimes feel this after orgasm when it’s been a while. It’s like the tubes get a little stuck together. It’s probably nothing, but if it does cause a lot of discomfort I would see a urologist. They’ll probably handle such questions better than your GP (who frankly doesn’t sound like the kind of doctor you want to see anyway).

  2. I know what you’re talking about with the overworked muscle spasms. Never experienced them in the taint. Maybe you’re squeezing or flexing it too much. Try consciously relaxing it and see if it happens again.

Saying its job is to stay engaged to keep you erect sounds like a clue. I rarely engage my taint muscles and have no erection problems. If I do flex them hard, for the fun of it or for stamina, there is some discomfort afterwards.

  3. Sometimes when I go a few days without cumming and get super horny I end up feeling pressure/pain in my taint/balls after orgasm for a minute or two but it goes away quickly
