what’s something small you do regularly which has significantly improved your quality of life?

  1. Making time to stretch out all my muscles, one by one, before bed each night has been both relaxing and productive!

  2. Listening to audiobooks. I have become much more knowledgable about a range of topics from listening to so many books. I also love the audio format over reading text in my spare time as it puts less stress on my eyes and I can build legos at the same time.

  3. I go to bed a lot earlier than I used to. I find it betters my mood, sharpens my senses, and makes me more resilient mentally.

I can still ‘function’ on way less sleep, but I’ve found out that’s not something to brag about – do you want to ‘function’ ie ‘get by’, or do you want to thrive?

  4. Begin the day with greek yoghurt and either raisins and nuts or granola sprinkled in. I used to be a toast guy, and spent half the day fighting tostay awake. Now I feel much better (still tired, but not as bad)

  5. Doing nothing (or if ur into that mindfulness) for 10 min a day. Whiting your irrational or bugging thoughts down in a journal. Having a sleep scedual.

  6. Did the Couch to 5K running program. 30 minutes, three days a week. Trains you to jog or run for 30 minutes straight over 8 weeks. Check out /r/C25K.
