Getting in more sleep.
Making time to stretch out all my muscles, one by one, before bed each night has been both relaxing and productive!
Listening to audiobooks. I have become much more knowledgable about a range of topics from listening to so many books. I also love the audio format over reading text in my spare time as it puts less stress on my eyes and I can build legos at the same time.
Stretching as soon as i wake up
I go to bed a lot earlier than I used to. I find it betters my mood, sharpens my senses, and makes me more resilient mentally.
I can still ‘function’ on way less sleep, but I’ve found out that’s not something to brag about – do you want to ‘function’ ie ‘get by’, or do you want to thrive?
Begin the day with greek yoghurt and either raisins and nuts or granola sprinkled in. I used to be a toast guy, and spent half the day fighting tostay awake. Now I feel much better (still tired, but not as bad)
My wife lol
