You don’t have to be attracted to women. You should not be repulsed by them, but a threesome can also just be the two of you focusing on him instead of actually having sex with or pleasuring each other. You could write down what you think you’d be comfortable with (kissing, maybe? Touching her breasts, perhaps?) and then discuss that with both him beforehand and her, of course.
I’d say start with the MMF, if he is down. That is more about your pleasure, so you would probably be more comfortable than anxious/jealous.
