So I have been seeing 21m for about 6 months causally. I have had feelings for him for a while and a couple of days ago we admitted we both have feelings for each other.
However, ever since I have felt a feeling detachment for him even though nothing has changed.
I don’t want or know why I feel this way.

Maybe you really liked the excitement of ‘does he like my back?’ question. Have you seen him since you confessed it? Maybe when you see him, it all fades away. I would not think too much of it yet, see how things develop.
