have semi long hair and I can’t imagine myself with different hair styles. So It’s kinda hard to figure a hairstyle for me. Right now I neew to wear a hat so they dont fall on my eyes but soon we will be having a dance and I can’t wear a hat there so I need to change my hairstyle so that they dont fall on my eyes.

Ps: ponytail won’t work my hair isn’t long enough for it to look good.

  1. Look at what you think looks cool, try it, it’s just hair, it’ll grow back. Strike a good middle ground between looking good and needing maintenance/a whole ritual every morning.

Right now I’ve got a slicked back disconnected undercut, which looks good, works well with my head shape and wardrobe, and only requires me to smash some pomade into my hair every other morning and get the sides buzzed every three or four weeks.

  2. I recently needed to change my hairstyle. I paid a stylist to sit and consult with me before she cut it. She was very attentive and asked not just what I wanted it to look like, but about my life and lifestyle. As with most complicated things in life, hire a good professional, tell them what you are trying to accomplish, and listen to their advice.

  3. I have trust in that one korean woman who’s been cutting my hair for years. I just go with the flow and if she suggests things I let her do it.

Have yet to have her guess wrong

  4. I’ve been rocking the same “hairstyle” for like 5 years now. Every 2 or so months I get it buzzed to a 2 or 3 on the sides and back and leave longer on top to have enough to brush to the side kinda thing. Can’t remember how I came up with that idea haha
