Women who pasta, what is your favourite noodle and sauce combo?

  1. “Women who pasta” is the most glorious thing I’ve read all day 😂

My go to is fettuccine noodles with homemade Alfredo sauce when I make chicken or shrimp Alfredo. It’s the best!

  2. Penne rigate with marinara, unless I’m making pasta primavera,, then I’ll use cream sauce.

  3. Spaghetti carbonara (proper carbonara without cream), which is sadly hard to come by in restaurants where I live.

  4. I am a woman who pasta’s regularly, to choose just one is hard! I’ll go with Tagliolini with butter and truffles. A little bit of heaven on earth.

  5. Penne and tomato-basil sauce (seriously, basil is awesome! In both fried rice and pasta)

  6. Finally the content I’m here for. Homemade chunky marinara, pappardelle, and goat cheese with basil ripped up as garnish.

    Thank you for this privilege

  7. Rigatoni with ricotta+fresh tomato sauce. Simple yet soooo tasty, learned it while living in Italy some time ago

  8. If you are looking for something quick and easy you can’t go wrong with pasta and hummus, maybe throw in some sun-dried tomatoes and broccoli if you are feeling fancy 🤌

  9. To make: baked ziti which is just ziti noodles, a pasta sauce and cheese

To eat: bow tie noodles with a homemade Cajun sauce

  10. fettuccine alfredo (but like a good homemade alfredo sauce not the gross canned or jarred kind)

  11. Angel hair pasta with roasted garlic marinara, add diced tomato with fresh parmesan. Sometimes I prefer making fresh pesto but I haven’t had a good batch turn out in a while.

  12. Any type of pasta with any type of pasta sauce would satisfy my pasta tooth. I do have a thing for pesto, but really any combination will do. Just give me pasta.

  13. I love getting bowtie or wagon wheel pasta! Regular pasta sauce or pesto are typically the only things I consider options when eating pasta at home.

  14. I like to do a gnocchi with a butter, white wine & herbs sauce (usually rosemary, thyme and sage) throw in some shallots and shaved parmesan and *chefs kiss*
