Being on top, sitting straight up, like you see in porn, is incredibly uncomfortable for me. I recently found out this is due to me having a tilted uterus. The angle of being straight up on top seems to irritate it.
So I modify to something that feels really good for us both. I sort of lay down on him in the same position as if we were in missionary and he was on top.
