Girl seemed interested in me and scheduled the time, date, and place for our first date. I asked her best friend how she typically acts, and she seems like she’s really shy. We know each other, but not well enough to real ourselves friends or acquaintances.
We planned our date a few days ago, but today she told me she’s been feeling sick since yesterday and that it’s best she doesn’t go tomorrow. She didn’t reschedule or anything.
I said “No problem, hope you feel better,” and left it at that.
I legitimately cannot tell if she’s interested or not because she could have actually gotten sick, she’s super nervous, or is just not interested at all.
What should I do?

If I were you I’d wait a week and then ask if she’s feeling better and take it from there
