I’m going to wagamamas soon and I’m tracking calories and protein, I found a good dish but its 500 kcal “per serving” its the grilled chicken ramen, how much is a serving since they could just be completely bullshitting.

  1. A bowl of soup is unlikely to be a meal that you share, so a serving is going to be the whole thing.

  2. It’s by 100g or per serving. I think the qu you’re asking is how many servings is the dish. In this case it’s one serving and therefore 500 calories for the dish. Ramen which is broth, chicken, veg and some noodles for 500 cals is about right
