I assume you found the r/freeuse and r/freeuselifestyle groups on Reddit. I think, like with any fetish, hotwife, cuckold, swinger, etc, it’s whatever you want it to be. You’ve got to set your own rules. There are no “free use” police that are going to come out and tell you you’re doing it wrong.
