  1. Act insecure rather than confidently. If you’re unsure of something, it’s ok to admit you’re unsure, but you should be confident in your approach to handle an unsure situation.

  2. They still insist on doing things their way even after hearing an objectively better suggestion.

  3. Being critical of whatever any of their subordinates do every single time they give an assessment of their performance. Their credibility goes in the toilet. It seems like some of them are trained that constantly berating people will improve performance, but they are too stupid to see that it does exactly the opposite.

  4. Constantly micro manage you on every task and do the work for you when you simply asked for advice.
