What do you do when you felt like crying but no tears would come out?

  1. I love watching sad (or happy) shows that gets the tears going. I feel like regularly crying because of shows limits how often I feel like crying lol

  2. Work out to blow off some steam and follow it with a relaxing shower, or watch wholesome animal videos while hugging my cat plush.

  3. Put on the biggest, coziest thing I own and burrow myself in blankets. In fact, I’m going to go do that now.
