I feel like my friends don’t really care about me whatsoever

I was alone all of last year because I’d moved halfway through the year and just had some trouble and stuff was going on- but this year I thought I found a pretty cool friend group. However, lately I’ve noticed they don’t seem to really care about me unless it helps them. They always take my stuff (borrow it) and then return it like a week later even though I told them to give it back a day later. They mess with me too. It’s likely cause I’m a person who’s afraid to anger others- and always try and make people happy so I let them do it. I’m aware I’m a pushover-but this stuff was okay with me. The real problem is that just recently was my Birthday, and I was gonna hold a party in a week or two. I constantly texted people trying to ask when they’re available for the party. Not a single person in the entire group responded to my message for an entire week or so- and they mostly answered in like one or two words at max. The party ended up being cancelled because nobody even paid attention to my messages till after the party- and this frustrated me cause I was excited for this party. Also, I bought one of my friends a brand new game and he promised to play it with me and he hadn’t even opened it yet and I’m pretty sure he spent the money on virtual currency for some free multiplayer game since he randomly got skins for it lately. Also nobody wished me happy birthday which is just depressing
