So as of last week, I had to move out to a new town and left all of my friends. I am introverted for the most part but I do enjoy going out and meeting new people. How can I gain the confidence to go inside the club and not just sit at the bar on my phone the whole time? I do notice women trying to eye me from time to time, but I just have trouble engaging them out of fear of them thinking I’m a creep. The same fear continues to cross my mind when I want to dance with a group of people. Do you guys have any advice?

  1. Think about it from the frame, what can I offer people instead of worrying about a certain outcome or what I can take from the situation. If you have all of your things handled in terms of health, wealth, higher purpose (to keep things simple) or are working to improve toward those things, it will be easy to spread positivity and good energy. Once you can do that you won’t be worried about being creepy or being fearful because you KNOW you are doing doing the right thing. At a certain point you just want to spread fun, playful energy and make other people to feel the same way to not take life so seriously.
