How do you wash your face?

1. Use a damp washcloth instead of splashing water all over.

2. Little washcloth, rub it on a bar of dove soap, lightly scrub, rinse.

3. I wash my face in the shower. If I have to use the sink, I use a damp face cloth, and then cup my hands to fill them with water to gently rinse my face (not splashing my face).

5. Get in the shower.

   Wet face under spray.

   Squeeze out some cleanser onto my hands and work it into a lather, then rub it on my face.

   Rinse off and continue with the rest of my shower.

   I don’t wear makeup, so the most I do before bed is wetting my hands with cool water and then rubbing it on my face, then drying it off. It’s worked for me for most of my life.
