When I ejaculate, I get dull burning pain in my penis and a strong urge to pee, but when I go to pee it’s very hard to do so, I have to push really hard and only a few drops off pee come out at a time, I sit in the bathroom peeing a couple drops for like 20 minutes. Does anyone know what this is? Or if it’s a sign of a health issue?

Sounds like prostate cancer, should probably talk to your Dr.
