I’ve only ever been to family get-togethers and birthday parties. This is a party with a bunch of people in their 20’s, very few of which I know. It’s a Halloween/Christmas combined party. I know that it would be weird to show up perfectly on time, so when is a good time to arrive?

  3. Depends on your circle but a lot of the ‘less close’ people tend to turn up over an hour or 2 late to parties in London. 7pm is a pretty early start though so I’d aim for 8 and before 9.

    Further detail might help. How many people are going and are you arriving with anyone else?
