What can I do to not keep messing up the dates

So I’ve been talking to this girl I work with at my part-time job and we’ve hung out a few times, but every damn time I get the chance to hang out with her, I go blank and have no idea what to say or do. I mean, what questions should I ask to avoid entering the friendzone while keeping the relationship interesting and not boring? For example, what should I say or do when I see her? I’ve never kissed or dated anyone, so whenever I want to go for a hug or a light touch, I get nervous and can’t bring myself to do it.

Yesterday before work I hung out with her and it was probably the worst i’ve done and I think she is or has lost interested in me.

She says she wants to get to know me more before dating me? Is that a red flag because she has a lot of people added on snapchat so idk if it is or not.
