How do I build Integrity?

1. By choosing to do the right thing even when no one is watching:
   Keep your word. Don’t behave in a way that betrays your values. Don’t behave in a way that prioritizes your immediate pleasure at the cost of causing harm later. Don’t gossip. Take accountability. Keep your entitlement in check. Lead by example. Treat others like you’d want to be treated. Be considerate Don’t cheat. Don’t abuse your authority. Don’t lie. Have discernment. Assume responsibility. Meet the challenges of life with strength. Don’t judge others.
