What hard liquor do you enjoy taking straight shots of?

1. None. I don’t like the taste of liquor and not a fan of getting drunk either, so I don’t see the point.

   I drink beer or other types of drinks because I like the taste and don’t mind getting buzzed.

2. Define enjoy. I don’t enjoy the taste of any of them, I enjoy the fun little ritual of taking shots with friends + the after effects a *lot* lol

3. Tequila.

   My friends already know when we go out we’re starting the night with Don Julio shots.

5. Personally, I enjoy a nice shot of vodka.
   Russian Standard, Moskovskaya, Arapow (that one is surprisingly mild and quickly became a favourite of mine).

   I rarely take a shot of Ouzo or Sliwowitz.
   But usually I prefer some regular nice vodka.

8. I usually only drink liquor straight if it has an interesting flavor that either doesn’t pair well in mixed drinks or that would get lost in a mixed drink. So I like peaty scotch like Lagavulin, or a sassafras-flavored gin that I got from a local distiller, or herbal liqueurs like Becherovka.

10. Crown Royal the original not all that candy ass apple, peach stuff. Crown gets me all worked up and my vagina all soggy

11. A good whiskey 🥃 can’t be beaten or decent armagnac or calvados

13. Tequila, with lime and salt. Feels more like a ritual that way!

14. Tequila – Don Julio 1942

    Scotch Whisky – Glenmorangie Signet and The Sassenach

    Vodka – Ciroc or Belvedere

15. Jack Daniels whiskey. I think because I associate it with my dad, whom I love a lot; that’s his favorite drink.

16. Only tequila. You get that salt and lime before and after! Not sure I can handle anything else straight

17. I don’t really do shots any more, but when I did my preference was any semi decent whiskey. I’m basic so I am good with Jack Daniels or gentleman’s Jack. I’m okay with the apple flavored Jack, but I’m not big on flavored whiskey. Canadian club or Jim bean would be fine too.

    I know my limits with whiskey because it is what I normally drink and if I am doing shots I want to have as much control over the situation I can have. I would rather just enjoy my drink though.

23. Flavored vodkas. Deep Eddy vodkas are very good to drink on their own!
