List 5 (or more) things you love and 5 you don’t

  1. I love my personality, I’m a great listener, a good mom, I will always put others first, and I have nice tits.

I don’t like my looks, I don’t have any self esteem, I don’t have any self compassion, I don’t like my mom bod, or the fact that I don’t have any big toenails.

  2. Love: I’m fit, good at making friends, creative, picking up new skills, and I am good at adapting.

Hate: I’m not nearly as smart as my friends and family, I tend forget how selfish I can be, I’m limited by my size, I’m am constantly anxious, and I really really need validation from others.

  3. I like that I try to be reflective, withdraw from conflict, have good intentions, am not moved by hedonic ambition, appreciate the little things in life.

I hate that I forget to be reflective, am drawn to observe conflict, think that good intentions excuse bad effects, can be paralyzed by anhedonia, am too depressed to appreciate anything but my sorry state.

  4. 1. My body
    2. My smile (I get lots of compliments but I’ve never had braces and my teeth are spaced. And I always thought evenly spaced, but my younger brother told me I have a gap! It made me very aware of it! But I still have a good smile!)
    3. My hair (it’s so long I can almost sit on it! Love my long hair, but I hate being awaken from being choked and wrapped around my neck!!)
    4. Stretch marks! (Constant battle with loving and embracing me with stretch marks!)
    5. My hands! (I got big hands in my opinion! But I love them because I’m a volleyball player and it’s great!)
