Hi guys! So I’ve notice for about a year or 2 now that sometime when I have an orgasm one of my eye vessel slight gets really red 😣 it’s scary a bit. Usually it’s when I squirt so when I have a super intense orgasm but it’s here today and yes I squirted yesterday but not today just a regular orgasm but it’s here and it’s scary to me I don’t like it. Any idea why. I do have really bad vision if that’s anything. Thanks guys!

Your body is in overdrive in that moment, your blood is pumping and you heart try to keep up.
As always there can be a slight chance that there are casualties, nothing to worry about, the blood vessels in the eye are super small.
Prepare your partner so he doesn’t worry a out it and that’s it. If it causes a big discomfort for you, you could ask a doctor if there is something you can do to prevent it.
The eye being red and the vessel being engorged does not necessarily mean the vessel has popped. In fact, If you can see the red vessel it just means it’s engorged and not popped. That doesn’t mean it’s likely to pop soon that just means that your particular vessels dilate more obviously than others – orgasms also tend to release dilating hormones so that can play a role.
That would also line up with why it happened today with a regular orgasm. It’s just hormone mediated.
Don’t stress about it too much! See a doctor if it changes dramatically.
