As the title suggests. I appealed a CAZ charge in Birmingham as the road I was intending to take was blocked due to roadworks, and the diversion route went the CAZ (which didn’t have a sign indicating so)
I sent my appeal 2 months ago along with any evidence. I couldn’t prove the construction itself as I have no dashcam, but did show them proof I had a booking to go somewhere which doesn’t fall with the clean air zone.
Cheeky bastards don’t have a contact number either
