Try grinding and short bounces. Also don’t be afraid to bear down.
Can you elaborate a bit more on how you’re doing it now? If he is the one thrusting, try doing it with you being the one who moves. Rock your hips. You can lay forward on him and just lift your ass up and down in short movements.
Grinding back and forth when he’s fully inside you helps and don’t bounce too much. Not everyone can bounce like they do in porn
