I just started working out or I can say it’s been couple of months. I don’t take any steroids or anything besides simple whey protein after workout.

So there are some days where I don’t have time to workout because of xyz reason. I have this energy buildup in my body which I need to release. So I jump or air punch or just move to release. Also this extra energy feels weird.

Does this happen to everyone? People who are working out for years does this happen to you? Is this normal?

  1. Yes this is normal. You can try pushing yourself harder on days you workout (within reason) so that you’re body is a little more tired on rest days.
