My father smoked inside and used my clothes as ashtray, it was my fault that the clothes are all over, but hes not allowed to smoke inside and he specifically did it over my clothes. I blamed my sister for giving my father a tiny drink in a positive way to him when I said dont do it, (hes an ex-alcoholic) and would enable him to do entirely stupid stuff. I was right and I get all the blame

NTA. It sounds like your father has some serious problems and that you’re the one cleaning up his messes a lot. It doesn’t matter whether he owns the house or not if he’s making his entire family play stupid games to accommodate his compulsive behaviors and refusing to take responsibility for the consequences of his actions.

They did that to me, I threw them out of my life. I can’t be bothered warning every time again, not wasting time on toxic behavior.
