I’ve just recently discovered this to be a “fetish” of mine. I, F30, have been working out for the last few weeks and getting into better shape.

I was doing all of my exercises in a home gym, until I developed a muscular issue and decided to go to physio therapy for some guidance so I didn’t end up injuring myself during workouts.

The problem is that this is the first time I’ve had any kind of “guided” exercise. So during my physio sessions I discovered this “fetish” of mine. Having someone watch me do exercises that are really physically taxing seems to really turn me on. Is this some kind of masochistic kink? Does anyone else have this?

For example, my trainer making me do really deep squats with a weighted system, which was really hard, turned me on so much. The element of him watching me while I did the difficult exercises was something I never knew I was into until I was so turned on.

The counting aspect, the “just two more” aspect… being stiff the next day knowing it’s because I did what he told me to.

I’d like to embrace this fetish but I don’t really know what it is or what it’s rooted in. A quick search on some X rated sites gave me only people having sex in a gym and that’s not what I’m after.

Any advice or ideas?

    I like to push my body to the limits not only at the gym, but even doing other active stuff. I get off on red-lining and feeling that burn and pain, pushing to the point where your about to fail.

  3. Idk if it’s just hormones or what, but as a guy, the gym definitely used to make me horny A LOT! Not anymore though because now going to the gym is a routine, but back then…..I would come home, take thirst trap photos, and sometimes ended up watching porn. It’s wild. But I think it’s because we’re more in tuned to how we look and feel, especially when we see and notice some improvements. Not to mention, the nutrition does play a huge factor and boost. But also keep in mind, sex is much more physical than you think. It’s not just vanilla, but a lot of people don’t realize that specific movements and positions are like yoga and pillates, sometimes even ballet style choreography. So it’s a mixture of things.
