I don’t get it. It in no way looks better in my opinion. Usually it makes the skin there look all weird, and it’s like a giant “don’t lick me” sign.

  2. Because they feel that it’s more attractive. I don’t understand this urge, myself, but I also don’t understand things like heavy makeup. It’s a personal preference.
