My degree is Civil Engineering. I am over 21. I would like somewhere with great party culture, and can get an experience of the American University life and good academically. Nice weather too?
Thinking towards Uni of Michigan because it’s in a good college town. UPenn because Ivy League. Maybe UIUC? Although I’ve heard it’s in the middle of nowhere.
