So, I’m a guy who matched with a girl on Hinge about a week ago. Not to be cringe, but of my 2 years of online dating, her profile makes her seem like the best match to date. She’s smart, works in the arts (as do I), looking for someone similar, and is accomplished.
So, I message her and I have no response. But in her pictures, she posts screenshots of articles about her and whatnot with her name in them. So this says to me that she’s not hiding her identity. This also means that she’s super easy to find on socials.
So, my question to y’all is: would it be creepy/weird to just DM her or do I just ride out the silence and/or chalk it up as a loss?

That’s kinda tricky. On one hand, the app is made to talk to and meet people. If they’re not showing any interest on there….
On the other, if you message her elsewhere, it may be kinda weird, but if it’s already a loss, what do you have to lose?
