Depends on your coping strategy. There’s also the saying “to get over someone, get under someone else”
Distractions or hobbies, finding yourself again. It’s not easy but it passes the time.
i have to cry it out first & after that i feel better already😂ðŸ˜
Spend more time with my friends. Listen to Taylor Swift. I personally throw myself into work but I also don’t think that’s particularly healthy lol
Cry it all out. Allow yourself to be sad and eat whatever you want. Then surround yourself with friends and family, read books, find a new hobby. Concentrate on yourself. Feel better.
like complete crap? idk what you expect. i highly doubt anyone’s all sunshine and rainbows unless they’re after the fortune of a 98 year old and they died a week into the marriage
Cry. Let it all out. Other than that, I’m really working on myself and feel like I found a purpose in life, something that I was missing.
My mind does go back to the memories but I try to distract myself by starting early/staying back at work, taking on projects and finding new things to do. Basically I’m working a lot more hours and trying to better myself.
Cry a lot and keep finding distraction
