So theres this girl in my bio class that Ive been wanting to be friends with for the longest time, we have a lot of similarities such as reading, genshin ( cringe ik), and academics. The problem is shes really out going and um the complete opposite im shut in and barely even talk in class, shes also always around her friends so i could never get time alone to go up and say hey. So i guess my question is How can I befriend someone outgoing when my social skills are absolute garbanzo?

If you’ve talked with her before in the class I’d probably ask her if she wants to study for an upcoming test or exam together. Bringing a classroom relationship outside of class is how to break the first barrier to hanging out outside of class. You mentioned similar interests, but it’ll be easier too bc you’ll have the class itself as a shared experience
