What are some good standard replies to mansplaining? I’m looking for something similar to asking people to explain ‘the rude joke’. Something non-confrontational (not agressive or belittling) but that also shuts them down.

  2. I would also like to have this good reply. At the moment, Im just taking it in and then telling them where they were wrong in their explanation or that they didn’t need to tell me. I don’t feel they are ideal, because one requires me to be onfidently more knowledgeable than he is, and that he is wrong. The other is a bit confrontational. So, sadly, not what you’re looking for. Ill be happy to see something I can adapt too.
