She and I have been talking for a few months now, on and off flirting and such. But now she keeps telling me how many guys are hitting her up, I haven’t told her I have feelings for her yet but I don’t know if this signals that she thinks of me as a friend or if she’s trying to make me jealous, any advice?

Have you ever actually asked her out? It sounds to me like she is saying I like you but I have other options and a few months of this is way too much……
