When you’re using online apps and the conversation has been stale or nonresponsive for a few days, do you follow up or just let it be? For instance, I matched with someone that I think I’d have a lot in common with in person, but I’m not the biggest conversationalist on the apps. We last messaged Sunday and I made a vague suggestion of getting together but wasn’t direct. He hasn’t answered. Is it too much if I circular back in say a week after Thanksgiving with a more definitive date? Or is it best to just call it as it is?

  1. I typically give people one more shot a few days after they didn’t respond. But that’s it and I’m out

  2. Depends. You can send one last message as a last ditch because why not. Or you can just let it be. Online dating is tough sometimes
