Like had I just asked her out despite the feelings of introversion and inadequacy, when her feelings for me were supposedly at their strongest; does that mean we could have had something amazing?

Or maybe she was just fibbing and her feelings would have quickly fizzled out one way or another?

  1. Nah, don’t overthink it. If her feelings went away, they would have done so eventually anyway. I’ve had people confess that they’ve had crushes on me, I’ve asked them out, and it still led nowhere.

  2. Could have, would have, should have. I bet the people who bought into bitcoin when it was $90K are feeling pretty stupid atm.
