Anxiety is a problem for a lot of people. In this particular case, there might be an easy answer. I discovered very late in life that my bloating is caused by eating gluten. I wish I would’ve discovered this when I was five years old instead of 60 years old. Just do an experiment. Get off gluten for a few days and then eat a piece of bread or something. See if your stomach bloats out like you swallowed a balloon. If that’s the case, you know how to avoid the problem .
Do not worry about it! I think bloated stomachs are beautiful, I love a little belly on a girl and I’m sure so many other boys do as well!
