As we all know Viagra etc only gives you an erection with Stimulation. Does anyone know something that gives you an erection or at least a semi-hard without Stimulation?

  2. I wouldn’t go around using ED drugs unless under the supervision of a doctor, *especially* not ones that powerful. There are serious medical risks to ED drugs, including priapism, which is an erection lasting more than 4 hours. If that happens, you absolutely, positively, NEED TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL. If the blood does not leave your penis for that long, the cells do not get enough oxygen and they start to die, leading to gangrene, which may ultimately require you to have your penis partially or completely amputated.
