say you visit a public pool daily with a sauna, and there is a conspiracy theorist always talking loudly about politics, who tries to drag you into his stupid conversations. How do you handles this, and is it normal to be upset by this invasion of a therapy space ?

I go to a public gym and it is pretty normal people talk in the sauna, but it usually sucks and most people are quiet.

There is a few people that are new and they talk really loud and aggressively about politics, and it doesn’t help they are idiots talking about conspiracy theories, anti Jew and anti trans stuff, so I get really mad.

I have asked one guy to not do that and he just found a way to now talk to me even more when I go in there.

What should I do, I have already said shut up, but he didn’t get it, keeps talk to me. I am worried I am going to get kicked out of there if I am really rude.

I think I will bring in my iPhone and record next time he is talking and if he won’t leave me alone see the manager, but it’s weird cause others like to have a bit of chat, me sometimes.
