What does it mean when girl active but doesn’t “seen” your message and takes forever to reply

I texted girl on messenger, she hasn’t seen the message most likely read it through notifications, and is active but not replying.

I do this myself when I need more time to come up with decent reply, but it was just simple hey how you doing.

We been out together couple times so idk getting mixed signals here 😀
