What are some things you’ve had to unlearn?

1. I’ve had to unlearn a lot of things that I was taught growing up. I’ve had to unlearn that the world revolves around me and my needs. I’ve had to unlearn that my opinions are the only ones that matter. I’ve had to unlearn that it’s okay to be selfish.
