I 26M met this 22F a few days ago, invited her over for steak dinner since she says nobody she’s dated has ever cooked for her. So everything went great. Made out on her way out the door. Haven’t heard a thing since she left. Trying to figure out if anyone’s ever had a similar experience and ended up being ghosted in the end.

It’s possible that even if she had a good time,she was just not that into you and just might be too young/inexperienced to just say something.
Another thought I had was that even if she was having a good time, she might have felt the expectation for sex. You guys made out on her way out the door. That could have made her feel awkward later when she was thinking about the night. Personally, I the pressure or expectation of sex is a major turn off. As is kissing on the first date. The first few dates are for vibe checks and getting a feel for the relationship has potental or not.
