So I shall be meeting my gf in her country in 2 weeks time and this will be our 1st ever meeting. It will only be a 3 days meeting and I will be staying in a hotel (not with her overnight).
We have been speaking for almost 4 years so we are really excited to finally be able to meet in person. We text everyday (and weekly video call) and have basically shared everything about ourselves and still continue to do so. We have made some plans of activities to do together and talk about our meeting every single day almost.
So what are some things I should keep in mind for my 1st meeting? Any tips would be appreciated since I am excited but also nervous and hope we connect in person too since we are pretty serious about the future. What kind of conversations should we have and any other tips?
I shall be going with my mother and meeting her parents too (just casual nothing official) and she will be meeting my mother too since in our culture (we both have same ethnicity) we do have our parents very involved because if and when we wish to get married, would be with our parents’ consent too.
