Why do my eyebrows start itching and get red and my hair get frizzy after the funny time

I’ve had it as long as I can remember. It also burns after having funtime while peeing and I can’t have water on my face as it will make it itch and get super red. Especially my eyebrows get red. And it takes super long time to fade away. My hair starts also looking extremely frizzy after “Funtime”🤷🏻‍♂️
