so i started college and we have been kinda getting close with this guy whom we have a lot of classes with and it was going great actually he was oversharing a little bit (he talked about his dysfunctional family, psychological issues and the fact that he’s doing no nut november like 1.5-2 month into our relationship) but i always listened to him and acted cool.
he was having a panic attack before an exam and i comforted him and he even asked to hug me, which i complied.
last week, he gave me a cold sholder out of the blue. he wouldn’t talk to me very much although we would still sit together etc.
i asked him why and he said it’s not about me he’s just stressed because of the exams and i told him i understand.
the exam week passed but he still is very cold to us (to me and the other guy in our little friend “group”)
were at a lecture hall sitting next to each other and out of nowhere, he took his bag and sat next to someone else.
next day i told him that that was weird and he said he didn’t think it was a big deal.
TL;DR ;
I (19M) met a guy (19M) and we became kinda close as friends but he gave me cold shoulder for no apparent reason.
since then, we talked a few times but idk
how would you handle the situation?
