I went down on a guy I like and there were these little bumps around his frenulum and a bit down his shaft. It didn’t bother me at the time because I thought maybe his dick was just like that and he would have warned me if something was up beforehand but now I’m worried. They weren’t Tyson glands/fordyce spots, it was something else. The lighting was low but so couldn’t see anything with my eyes when I looked at it and I couldn’t feel them with my hands, only my tongue. They seemed tiny and colorless but again the lighting wasn’t great so I could’ve been missing something. Idk how to ask him.
edit to add that the bumps were kind of hard/dry feeling and spaced out

Without good lighting how could you know they weren’t Fordyce spots. I have a few and they can barely be felt. Most STIs bumps are more prominent than what you’re describing.

Maybe he had short frenulum and did frenuloplasty or it teared on its own. It fits the description, but depends though how far down the shaft he has them
look up pearly penile papules and see if that fits
