Upon a quick search: no smoking, exercises focusing on chest, good posture, good diet etc. can prevent some loss of elasticity.
There are a few things that can be done to prevent breast sagging. Wearing a supportive bra, avoiding weight fluctuations, and protecting the breasts from sun damage can all help to keep the breasts looking firm and perky.
Upper body exercises to build and strengthen the pec muscles can make boobs look perkier than they otherwise would be.
