i don’t know what to do

i’ve been with my boyfriend for only a couple of months.. we’ve definitely had a lot of issues but yesterday i decided to just let everything go and start fresh. that same day he was showing me pictures of his family and i saw someone’s nudes. this has happened before where i had his phone and he was being super defensive and wouldn’t let me have it. he eventually told me had an entire folder of his exes nudes in his phone and he JUST remembered they were there. it was a huge thing but eventually i decided to “believe” him and move past it. anyways, he had scrolled up far enough to where we didn’t know eachother, he said he thought he deleted all of the pictures, blah blah blah. for some context i’ve been struggling with an eating disorder for about 5 years. even at the beginning of our relationship my ed was still pretty bad. i’ve been doing well the last couple of months and i was starting to get a lot of my confidence back. then last night i asked him if there was anything he wanted me to change physically about myself. i was still feeling insecure seeing those pictures in his phone, as those girls look absolutely nothing like me. he kept stalling then eventually told me i need to lose weight. the only thing i could think of in that moment was to forget all of my recovery and go back to not eating. i gave away all of the food in my dorm to my friend and i haven’t eaten since then with no plans to. no matter what he tells me i can’t get over it. i don’t know what i should do
