I was with someone and it was extremely unhealthy and one sided

I felt like manipulation was normal, I once felt like an unhealthy relationship was all there was

Now I’m speaking to the opposite sex and it’s simple and easy .

I’m still feeling weird about something healthy and I thought I deserved mistreatment
Although I value relationships and the connections that I have I do find it hard unlearning what I once thought I deserved
Tldr: went through an unhealthy relationship. Now I am clueless when talking with the opposite sex
